LTI has identified the following positions necessary to complete Phase 1 on a timely manor.

March 3, 2007 -- Although LTI has substantial technical inventions and prototyping completed. LTI believes it will be more cost effective to hire and train new employees for these task then to outsource to meet FAA Certification documentation requirements and Quality Control Standards in house because of the total amount of documentation required and the various departments involved.
