The mast support system is technical modification to the airframe and the rotor control system to make the aircraft safer to fly. These mods are for AD #031599 and are extremely important to make the aircraft fly safely. The modifications within this instruction manual have been installed in multiple Mini 500 aircraft and have demonstrated the desired affects to reduce frame cracking, nose tucking, and excessive rotor vibration. There is a $750.00 USD Technical Fee for this information. After Paypal verifies payment, a link will be sent to your email account for access. The following Airframe and Component Modifications must be performed according to the directions by a local machine shop or shipment to our parts factory for modification. There is a $3,000.00 Machine Shop Fee for this Contract. This contact may be ordered thru Paypal and will include machining of Air Frame, Cones Spindles, Main Transmission. Additional welding and touchup painting will also be performed. In addition, Mast Support Parts will furnished for builder to complete the AD. This is summary of technical information provided with the Mast Support System. When ordering the Mast Supports System we provide technical support, 8 pages of detail instructions, new balancing charts, mast support components... installation and testing available upon request.
